API & Third-Party Data Notice
This notice explains third-party account connections, API keys, Trading 212 data, and market data limitations.
Last updated: 5 June 2026 · Version 2026-06-05
Third-Party Providers
folli.io may connect to or display data from brokers, exchanges, market data providers, analytics tools, and infrastructure providers. We do not control these providers, and they may change or discontinue services without notice.
Your Authorisation
When you provide an API key, you authorise us to use that connection to provide the service. This may include retrieving account, cash, portfolio, position, order, dividend, transaction, instrument, exchange, report, and metadata information.
API Key Responsibility
- You are responsible for understanding and selecting API key permissions.
- Where a provider offers scoped keys, grant only the minimum permissions needed.
- Treat API keys like passwords and keep your broker account, devices, and two-factor authentication secure.
Storage, Revocation, And Disconnection
We store API credentials only where necessary to provide account-sync features. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are not displayed after submission.
You can disconnect an integration in the app. You should also revoke or delete API keys directly with Trading 212 because disconnecting in folli.io may not revoke the key at the provider.
Data Accuracy And Delays
Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, cached, transformed, rate-limited, or unavailable. Provider official records should be treated as authoritative if there is a conflict.
No Trading Functionality
folli.io is currently read-only. It does not place, route, submit, cancel, or manage orders through Trading 212 or any other provider.
No Affiliation
folli.io is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Trading 212 or any broker, exchange, market data provider, charting provider, or API provider referenced in the service. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
